Welcome to Peter’s Creatures
(Sorry, please note the shops currently still open but the original plans might have changed now. Due to current circumstances I'm not sure how much I'll be able to update anymore and so may have to start simplifing my goal but please bear with me while I get this all sorted out. - 07/04/2025)
Hello, I’m Pete! I’ve been keeping invertebrates (tarantulas, scorpions, mantids, and more) and reptiles for years now, and I’m excited to turn that passion into something bigger. This site is here to share what I’ve learned, offer some of the essentials, and connect with fellow keepers—whether you’re new to the hobby or a seasoned enthusiast. It's still early days but I hope you'll enjoy some of the things I'm already offering.
Check out the Creatures section for species details and photos—it’s still growing, so thanks for your patience as I build it up. Visit the Shop for supplies suited to beginners and experienced keepers alike; I’ll be adding more items as often as I can.
Join the Members section to keep track of your orders. I’m working on extras like photo uploads, a favorites list, and possibly a forum—stay tuned for those.
I’m putting together care guides based on my experience and research. They’re a starting point so please cross-check with other sources and let me know if you spot any mistakes. Every creature comes from different environments but observing their behaviours as individuals is also key to getting their care right. Here are a few links to some great creators and videos for you to enjoy and learn from.(Ill be adding more soon).
Coming Soon:
- More products, including starter kits
- Live and frozen food (depending on demand)
- Tarantulas, scorpions, and other species for sale
- A collection links to other sources and interesting videos.
- My own videos of rehouses and feeding. I might do some informative one but im a bit nervous on carema and audio (I hate the sound of my own voice in them too)
- My own line of enclosures and various accessories too.
- Im also working on 3D-printed terrariums for smaller creatures that are currently being independantly tested. Bear with me while the current 'base' model, a 15x15x15cm enclosure with a front opening door, is being tested, possibly modified based on feedback(and tested again), and finalised. I'll be introducing many different colours, styles with several set sizes and your own custom sizes (a modest fee for remeasurement of course) soon after.
Have questions or suggestions? Reach me on Facebook or email PetersCreaturesUK@gmail.com. Let me know what you’re looking for, I might be able to offer a bundle deal or source something for you to go with your order.
